Goal

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), is it possible to restrict the "Replace Scenario" button in Collections Center to a few users/Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)?

Is there any permission (in Permissioning Center) for the Replace Scenario button?  If not, is there a way to implement a customization to do this?
