ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Activity being added is not saving full set of data, apparently data saved in AsActivity table but not corresponding details added to AsActivityField table. Because of which the activity failed during cycle processing and had to be re-processed manually. Activity added: SystematicWithdrawalChange on 6/1/2018 at 08.53.28.539000000 PM GMT. There are no errors around that time in any of the error logs.

Another user experienced similar issue while adding “InitialPremium” activity on 6/4 /2018 ~noon EST. The user got java exception when tried to add this activity and clicked verify(which was also due incomplete data). The user then backed out and tried again and was able to add the activity successfully in 2nd attempt.
