User reviewed all of the roles and their discover Item/Part privileges for Asia Quoting role and the Asia Sales role and confirmed that some of the discover privileges are defined at the Part subclass level.
Hence this user created new discover and read privileges at the Parts CLASS and Part SUBCLASS levels and then tested them. During testing, user found out that you cannot add an Item/Part to a sourcing project if either the discover or read privilege have criteria at the subclasss level.
 Both need to have criteria at the CLASS (or Base Class) level.
