Clarification Required: Recalculate Orders Checkbox On Cost Changes And Deals

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a user is creating a cost change or a deal, Retail Merchandising System (RMS) provides a checkbox that allows the user to select if the new event (Cost Change or Deal) should impact approved Purchase Orders.
On version 16.0.1 this checkbox is ticked by default on Deals, and not ticked for Cost Changes.
Clarify the different behavior in Cost Changes and Deals.
