How Can We Setup Different Lead Times For The Same Item Based on Customer? (Doc ID 2469297.1)

Goal

Since we are using PIM, we would like to know if there is functionality or a solution to segment customer lead times for use in calculating schedule ship date/promise date on customer or other points of destination.
Examples: lead time based on some combination of item category, item, organization, or customer.
