In order to create RA’s (Remittance Advice) from information stored in OHI Claims, the current process involves two queries of OHI Cliams to retrieve the needed information.
Step 1: Execute a (SQL) query to get all claim transactions for the invoice
Step 2: For each claim, retrieve the transaction details (API)
It would be more efficient to get all the appropriate details in a single query.
This is a very low priority as the current process works. This is requested to enhance the process.
