Unable to View ReSA Templates (Doc ID 2469993.1)

Symptoms


Templates are missing in the ReSA UI. You can select the template type, but template List of Values (LOV) does not return any values.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into ReSA.
2. Navigate to Foundation Data under Task.
3. Click on the Data loading.
4. Click on Download Data or Upload Data.
5. On the "Download Data or Upload Data" screen select any template type and click on template LOV.
6. Nothing returns in the LOV.
