How to reset the utility from OK 8.6.0 Upgrade Install to Resolve Version Conflicts Again? (Doc ID 2470040.1)

How to use the utility from OK 8.6.0 upgrade installation to help resolve the version conflict issues in the DB if it has been executed before?

There are version conflict issues with some of ther IM documents again after going live in production that  is causing users not to be able to publish documents on IM.
When attempting to run the script again it is unable to identify the duplicate content as seen in the message below ": Duplicate Content Text records were previously resolved on 3/15/16 6:56 PM."

Does this script check a setting? Can this setting be reset to force the script review the IMDB content again to identify duplicate content?
