Rates Disappear from FSI_IRC_RATE_HIST After Clicking Apply and Save for Hybrid Yield Curve (Doc ID 2470159.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In ALM 8.0.5, when trying to generate hybrid curve from front end, it says "The Process to generate Hybrid Rates has been launched successfully" and even shows the rate on the front end (also in the fsi_irc_rate_hist).  However, after clicking APPLY and Save, the data is gone from FSI_IRC_RATE_HIST table.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect there will be record in FSI_IRC_RATE_HIST table after generating hybrid curve from front end.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to : Master Maintenance -> Rate Management -> Interest Rates
2. Generate hybrid curve from front end
3. The Process to generate Hybrid Rates has been launched successfully", even shows the rate on the front end (also in the fsi_irc_rate_hist)
4. Click APPLY and Save, the data is gone from FSI_IRC_RATE_HIST table.
