Claimfinancialholds IP - Property 'expirationDateTime’ Has Been Removed
(Doc ID 2470208.1)
Last updated on SEPTEMBER 19, 2019
Applies to:
Oracle Health Insurance Claims Adjudication - Version 3.18.1.0.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Existing property 'expirationDateTime’ has been removed from claimfinancialholds REST integration point. As per the swagger definition and details in implementation guides for Claim Financial Hold integration, this property is not available anymore. However, we did not find these details in any of 2.17 or 3.18 release notes.
This property is widely used while placing claim or claim transaction version on hold using Integration Point. Some of HPHC's processes like Refund Letter Generation process places specific claim transactions on hold with specific expiration dates and wait for refunds before retractions can be processed.
