First Name Search is not in LOV

Goal
On : 3.18.1.0.2 version, User Interface
Per the release notes for Claims 3.18.1.0.0, the First Name search on Person should have appeared in LOV however it does not.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) After Login, under Reference Data, Relations, Open Person Page and Search by choosing options from LOV.
Or
2) Open claim in change mode, under entity person, search by choosing options from LOV.
