Symptoms

Users are not able to export worklist query results as a CSV file.

Steps to re-create issue:
1. Run a Worklist query
2. click on the export as CSV list.
3. a new window pops up
4. empty message window comes up ... click ok
5. message to close tab
6. nothing happens.
