PFService produces ORA-01426 numeric overflow inserting into FLM_CAP_BANK_DETAILS.
PFService and PFDBService logs show an INSERT error due to numeric overflow.

The old_log logfiles weren't showing this error before

Expect if you have bad data, it would be identified in a more straightforward manner.
