Error 'Page can't be displayed' or 'Unable to connect' Sometimes Occurs When Browsing to the P6 Web Login Page (Doc ID 2470453.1)

When users browse to the P6 Web login page, sometimes it does not load and they receive a message similar to the following:

Page can't be displayed


Unable to connect

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Browse to the P6 Web login page (ex. http://<server name>:8203/p6 ).
2. Note the reported behavior.
