On : 10.2.0.31 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Spawncode 04 is not working properly. Instead of checking the AsSystemDate table for the next business date, the code is simply adding one day to the Activity's Effective Date, which can result in a date that is not a business date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The code should check the AsSystemDate table for the next business date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure an activity to spawn another activity using Spawncode 04.
2. Process the spawning activity on a date that is a Friday.
3. You should see that the spawned activity is being spawned on the next day, which is a Saturday. It should be spawned on Monday (assuming Monday is not a Holiday).
