Unable To Load CDR Using Pin_rel Due To Perl Path Issues In PS21 (Doc ID 2471096.1)

Symptoms

On : BRM 7.5.0.21.0 version, Event Management

On environment which was upgraded to 7.5PS21 (from 7.5PS17), when running pin_rel process from command line in order to load cdr files, the following error occurs.

Same problem for some of the other perl scripts are unable to find the modules referenced with in them.

Workaround available: Manually changing perl scripts and give the complete path of the modules referred or append by ./

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to BRM server
2. run pin_rel from command line
