Goal

When can following Approvers get Reminder mail if Approval requested at Friday 17:00 (GMT+09:00) by Requester under following setting?
 

<Server Setting>
Server Timezone Setting: GMT+09:00

<Java Client Setting>
System Setting > Preference> Reminder/Escalation Weekend Setting = Skip Saturday and Sunday
Workflow Status: Request Approval, Reminder Period(in hours) = 48

<User Timezone Setting>
Requester: GMT+09:00
Approver1: GMT+09:00
Approver2: GMT+08:00
