Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version 8.1

Recently upgraded MedDRA 21.1 SMQs

Attempting to pull back all Events using an Advanced Condition on a Case where Event SMQ (Broad) is equal to Anaphylactic reaction

However not all expected cases/events are being listed after filtering on / creating the Advance condition "Primary Event SMQ (Broad) = Anaphylactic reaction (SMQ).
