Incorrect Sorting in the Notes And Attachments Section of the Case Form When CASE_NOTES_ATTACH.SEQ_NUM Reaches a Certain Value (Doc ID 2472230.1)

Symptoms

When attaching documents in the Notes and Attachment section of the Case Form > Additional Information tab, the records are correctly displayed in chronological order with the latest record at the bottom of the list.  However, when the SEQ_NUM of CASE_NOTES_ATTACH table increases by one digit the latest attachment record is no longer displayed in the bottom row.
