ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The page Manage Application Datasources shows blank after Upgrade WebLogic From Version 12.1.2 To 12.1.3 and GRC to 8.6.6.5020.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade Weblogic from 12.1.2 To 12.1.3
2. Install GRC patch 25919297.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Synchronize Datasources.
