Symptoms

ICC batch monitor task level event log shows no data found

Navigation : 

Operations >> Batch Monitor >> Select the Batch >> Provide batch run Details >> Select the task from Task Details  and verify the Event Log.

ERROR

Found ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE ERROR in SERVER_MESSAGESERVER_LOG_TRACE_XXXXX03A2113.log

[SEVERE][BACKEND][OFSAA][MESSAGESERVER_LOG_TRACE_XXXXX03A2113] WriteToDataBase: Error, Could not execute insert statement ...Error code ...3114...Error message ...ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
