Some questions for loading WhoDrug B3 format dictionary:

1) For existing studies using WhoDrug B2 format dictionaries -  to create the B3 dictionary as a new base dictionary and have the existing studies point to this new base dictionary, what tasks will need to be completed to make the upgrade successful for the ongoing studies (from a B2 to a B3 format dictionary)?

2) Can we expect that by moving from a B2 format base dictionary to a B3 format base dictionary will lose manual coding when moving an existing study from one dictionary to another?
