Why is the Unit-Amount Late Inventory Adjustment Not Generating For Items Adjusted During 3rd Party Count After Count Authorization? (Doc ID 2472759.1)

Goal

When using Daily Processing instead of timestamp for late transaction evaluations when counts have occurred , is this scenario below working as expected?

During a 3rd party unit and amount count set to auto authorize, while the count is in-progress (snapshot has been taken) an inventory adjustment occurs while current date still equals count date. The user who is performing an adjustment after the 3rd party snapshot has been taken is being asked whether or not to apply the adjustment to the snapshot. When No is selected at the prompt , the snapshot is not adjusted but additionally the adjustment record is no longer being applied to STOCK_COUNT_SALE table. Therefore, after count authorization, SIM cannot evaluate those mid-count inventory adjustments as having been late or not. SIM Stock On Hand (SOH) ends up being out of sync with Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
