P6 Team Member Mobile Android Application Does Not Save Updated User Preferences after Login (Doc ID 2472870.1)

Symptoms

In the P6 Team Member Mobile application on an Android device, when changing user preference settings, after the user logs out and back in any User Preferences setting changes that were made are not saved but revert back to the previous default settings state when connected to a P6 EPPM release 21 or earlier environment.

This issue does not occur in the iOS app.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Login (SSO) with the P6 Team Member Mobile application.
  2. Select Configuration > Preferences.
  3. Change the Preferences settings to Show Activity ID and Show Time.
  4. Logout and Login.
  5. The changes made in Step 3 have reverted back to the previous value.
