Symptoms

Missing ASCP Inter-organization Demand for only some items

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Run DRP plan that includes both Make org and Distribution orgs
2. Then run ASCP plan with just Make orgs with DRP Plan as the demand schedule for ASCP plan
3. Some items have Inter-organization demand and other items are missing their inter-org demand.
