Reconstruct Includes UID of Non .msg File In store.idx (Doc ID 2473314.1)

While trying to perform 'reconstruct -f' to overcome an error such as:

the reconstruct notices the presence of an <nnnn>.* file in the folder and includes that UID in the store.idx, even though it is not a .msg file.

This creates confusion and a duplicate UID number in store.idx.
