==============
Default characteristics on the Customer Contact Type are not copied over on the created customer contact when using the Create Letter If Threshold Exceeded (WO EVT LTR) algorithm.
Steps to Recreate
==============
Data Setup
--------------
Create a Predefined Characteristic Type to use. Make sure it is eligible for Customer Contact.
Create a Customer Contact Type listing a default characteristic that uses the characteristic type above. Contact Action should be set to Send Letter.
Set this customer type as parameter to a WO EVT LTR algorithm.
Setup a Write Off Event Type of Generic Algorithm type using the algorithm from the previous step. This lone event type will then be put into a Write Off Process Template.
Reported Issue
--------------
Create an account with unpaid, final bill service agreement
Create a Write Off Process for the service agreement above. Submit a WET batch job to be able to trigger the write off events. Verify that the characteristics will not be added on the created customer contact.
