User Receiving ORA-00001:UNIQUE CONSTRAINT (ASAP.PK_NS_COMP_REL_NS) violated When Performing Rehome Process (Doc ID 2473777.1)

In the network system window, when users attempt a rehome on a component that has both intra and inter network circuits, the application gives the below error.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

 1. On the navigation bar, select Inventory Management, and then click Network Systems.
 2. In the Network List panel, expand the node for the network system, and then double-click a network system.
 3. Right-click the component from which you want to disassociate the physical circuits and select Rehome From.
 4. Right-click the component to which you want to associate the physical circuits and select Rehome To.
 5. (Optional) Deselect the check boxes beside the physical circuits that you want to exclude from rehoming.
 6. Click OK.
