Stock Count Is Not Updating The Inventory Buckets Correctly (Doc ID 2474395.1)

Symptoms

Stock Count is not updating the inventory buckets correctly.

Example: Initially, there were 2 damaged quantity, however during count only 1 was found, so the inventory should not have been updated as it is shown in UI.
With the present result, Unavailable is still 2, and Available SOH has gone into negative value.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Create a product group with an item, that has unavailable inventory.
    Item quantity 2. Bucket - Unavailable. TOTAL=2, Available=0, and Unavailable=2.
  2. Create Product group and schedule.
  3. Stock Count - Take Snapshot.
  4. Enter Counted Qty 1.
  5. Click on Complete.
  6. Click on confirm Authorization.
    Qty should be Total=1, Available=0, Unavailable=1.
    However QTY updated is Total=1, Available=-1, Unavailable=2.
