Create Order With SP Status "Disconnected" (Doc ID 2474494.1)

Goal

On : 2.6.0.0.0 version, CI - Customer Information

While creating a new order, SP is created with "Connected" status , but we want to create a new order with SP status "Disconnected".
SP is created automatically while creating a new order through algorithm "CI_SWTCH_SVC" ,algorithm type “STRM-VT” exist in package "SAs to create" tab which is coded in java.

Is there any other way to create a new order with SP "Disconnected" status rather changing this algorithm type?
