Goal

On Elastic Charging Engine 11.3.0.7.0 version when sending Session Charging with Unit Reservation (SCUR) for Data traffic, RUM is based on ROUNDED_TOTAL_OCTETS.
Rated Event property stores cumulative value for the whole Usage of the GPRS session in this field, but for fields BYTES_UPLINK and BYTES_DOWNLINK in BRM only the Terminate value is seen.
