There Is An Item Indicating It Has A BOM, But No BOM Exists For The Item (Doc ID 2474672.1)

Symptoms

There is an item indicating it has a BOM, but no BOM exists for the item.

When transferring a change order from Agile through our adapter to Oracle there is an error indicating a BOM with a part number that doesn't exist. The part number referenced is actually the manufacturer part number listed on the manufacturers tab.  The part was on a change order along with several other parts. The parts were NOT redlined, only revised from one revision to the next. The part is the only part on the change order which developed the issue.  The part was revised from Rev A to Rev B on the change order. After further investigation, discovered that this issue happened while going from Rev A to B. The Rev A part did NOT have this issue. The Rev B part does have the issue. No other parts on this same change order have the same issue.

The adapter receives the information from Agile ACS, then transfers to our Oracle MRP system.

Expect to see content in BOM Tab as the BOM Tab is indicated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into WebClient
2. Navigate to Part PNxxxxx
3. BOM tab indicates content, but no content exists:
