Last updated on JULY 13, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Japan - Version 8.1.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In reports > periodic report > J-DSUR report configuration, if the assign date is older than 2013/07/01, this date does not display in the "Start Date" of the report time frame.

Note:
In the CMN_PROFILE_ENTERPRISE table, the default value 01-JUL-2014 has been configured in key = 'JDSUR_DATE'

---------------------------------------------
STEPS
---------------------------------------------
1. Go to Reports > Periodic report > J-DSUR
2. Press the [New report] button
3. Go to the [Schedule] tab
4. In the assign date, enter the date 1999/12/12
5. Press [Add] in the report time frame
6. Check the value in the "Start date" column

The date "2013/12/12" displays in the "start date" of report time frame. This is not the same as the entered date in the "assign date" column.

After saving and re-opening the template, this incorrect date still appears in the start date.
