When attempting to run constrained plan, the following error occurs.
MSONWL64.exe: /disk1/R121_64bit_wkrAuto/mso/src/scomat/msopchgm.cpp:357: sb4 timebucketToDate(int): Assertion `timebucket >= 0 && timebucket < bucketMapSize' failed.
Program was terminated by signal 6
