For Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), in a cloned environment, when attempting to create or edit a Transfer Pricing Rule, there are no hierarchies listed in the screen. The 'Product Hierarchy' drop down list is empty and there is no Hierarchy displayed under the "Assumption Browser" section.

Additionally, when attempting to open the FTP Process screen, the screen is blank.  The list of existing FTP Processes does not load.

There are no errors in the ftpapp.log.  The log shows that the expected Hierarchy ID is found successfully.  Additionally, the query below, which is used to generate the list of Hierarchies, returns values successfully:

SELECT rev_hier.hierarchy_id id, fmodtl.short_desc name, fmodtl.long_desc description,
CASE WHEN fmodb.access_cd = 'R' THEN 'true' ELSE 'false' END readonly
FROM rev_hierarchies rev_hier, fsi_m_object_definition_b fmodb, fsi_m_object_definition_tl fmodtl
WHERE rev_hier.dimension_id = <insert FPP Dimension ID>
AND rev_hier.hierarchy_id = fmodb.object_definition_id
AND fmodb.object_definition_id = fmodtl.object_definition_id
AND fmodtl.lang_cd = 'US'
AND fmodb.folder_name = COALESCE('<insert folder name>' , fmodb.folder_name)
