Agile Email Notification Hits Error "550 5.7.1 Unable to relay" (Doc ID 2475414.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Cannot send email notification to another email server such as hotmail.

FACT
Mail server is Exchange 2010

ERROR
After enabled -Dmail.debug=true , Agile logs detailed error trace with following.
