Null Pointer Exception Error While Processing a Claim (Doc ID 2475626.1)

Symptoms

Unable to process a claim after upgrade to 3.18.2.0.0; the following error is thrown.  Disabling all the dynamic checks did not solve or help the situation.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a claim to OHI
2. Receive error

Due to this issue, users are unable to process claims.
