Different Behavior in Pro Client / Web When Changing Start Date on Activity

When changing the start date on an activity in the Professional, the remaining duration stays the same and the finish date moves accordingly. In P6 Web, when changing the start date on an activity, the remaining duration changes and the finish date does not change.
Expect to see the same behavior in both Pro and Web.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create 2 activities with the same dates/durations.
- Change the Start date in P6 Professional. Do not add a constraint when prompted.
- Change the Start date in P6 Web.
- Notice Duration and Finish Dates differ between Pro/Web
