Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
If the administrative user that started the P6 EPPM processes on the application server logs out, users can no long access the WebLogic Admin Console and P6 applications (P6 Web, Team Member, Job Services, etc.).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The WebLogic Console and P6 applications should continue to be available after the administrative user session on the application server is logged out.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in to the P6 EPPM server with an administrative account.
- Start the P6 EPPM processes (ex. via <P6 EPPM home>\scripts\start_Primavera.bat).
- Verify the WebLogic Console and P6 EPPM applications are available.
- The administrative user logs out of the P6 EPPM server session.
- The WebLogic Console and P6 EPPM applications are no longer available.
