Measurements with a Condition falling outside of the “Estimate” (200000 – 499999) range and “Regular” (500000 – 999999) range as configured in algorithm D2-GETSCALAR are still used in Usage Calculation. During Usage Calculation, MDM should only consider measurements falling within the 'Regular Bottom Range Condition' and 'Regular Top Range Condition' range. If the UT's Allow Estimates flag is set to "Allow Estimates", measurements with a condition between 'Estimate Bottom Range Condition' and 'Estimate Top Range Condition' range should also be considered. However, MDM should not use measurements with condition codes falling outside of the ‘Regular’ and ‘Estimate’ ranges in Usage Calculation. A measurement falling outside of these ranges would indicate bad data or error conditions. Is this the normal behaviour of the application?
