Facing the issue in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) V2.6.0.1.0 . Any user can approved the turnIn amount other than the person who has opened the deposit control . Which should not be happen like this. The person who has opened the deposit control supposed to approve the turn In amount.
