SALEPROCESS.KSH batch is using the same process_id i.e. In the sequence sales_process_id_seq the max value is 999999. Because of this batch is locking the records.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Process RTLOG and execute the ReSA batches till SALEPROCESS.KSH
