Symptoms

When attempting to open the File Folder Files tab, or Attachment tab of any object with Attachment, the following error occurs.

Fatal Error - "TreeGrid Cannot Render"


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Web Client
  2. Open the File Folder object, and click Files tab
    or
    Open the object with attachment, and click Attachments tab
  3. Gets Error
