Ticket Printing Using The Browser Printer Not Opening BI Page (Doc ID 2476664.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (RSIM) ,Users are allowed to select the browser printer in tickets however there is no report printed at browser level.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Setup Item ticket printing at the browser level.
2. Open any item ticket and print.

Users get a message as follows, however users do not see BI page in the browser.

"Printed to browser successfully"
