Use IE11 in Win7 machine to recreate the issue.
In the application:
1. Go to Main Menu --> To Do --> To Do Entry --> Add
2. Select a To Do Type which has empty characteristics grid
3. Open the char search and select results in the search popup

Actual Result: The char grid on To Do Entry Add popup is not properly formed.
Also, The results in the char search popup are not returned to the To Do Entry
 Add popup. There is JS error in the console.

Expected Result: The char grid on To Do Entry Add popup should be properly formed.
Char search popup should work fine.
