Some of the Users Not Able to Log into Agile Web Client After Upgrading Agile PLM and Configuring Load Balancer

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Some of the users not able to log into Agile Web Client with below error after upgrading Agile and enabling Load balancer
The issue happens for some of the users only. Not all the users are having the problem
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access to Web Client through https://loadbalancer.domain.com/Agile
2. It redirects to SSO login page
4. After SSO success login its coming Agile login page again
5. Enter username and password
6. Gets error
Upgraded Agile PLM, and configured Loadbalancer
