"System could not process your request" Clicking the Send Button When There Is A Comment (Doc ID 2477182.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 18.8

When the user clicks on the Send button in a Workflow type Business Process (BP) record that has an Item in General Comments the following Unifier Notification is returned:

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

The following can be found in the Unifier log files:

#c<Exception> unifier:/share/commentGC/send throws an exception at file:///share/action.xml:2301:
[root] java.lang.Exception: Object Id is is less than zero.
