ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Offset Request Search Screen not returning results when searching using Request details

Same thing works if you search using Bill Details

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Offset Request Search Screen returns results when searching using Request details

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Offset Request search using "Request details".

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
The business impact is that users cannot see previously created or draft offset requests for an account. They will wonder where the adjustments came from if there is no offset request or may try to duplicate the offset request by creating a new one as they were unable to see the already created one.
