Documaker Enterprise 12.5 Trns Statuscode Of " W" Changing To "B" And Stuck With A Status Of 311 (Doc ID 2477662.1)

Goal

On Documaker 12.5 version, Enterprise Edition

Upgraded from 12.4 to 12.5.  In 12.5, transactions that get placed into the TRNS table with a Statuscode of W are getting a status of 290. Once the Statuscode is changed to a B then the status gets updated to a 311. However, those transactions never get picked up and processed through to completion. They seem to stay stuck at a 311 status. This previously worked in Documaker Enterprise 12.4. Any suggestions on how to get these transactions picked up and processed through to completion?
