Error 'This page cannot be displayed' When Attempting to Access the P6 Login Page Using SSL

Symptoms
When attempting to access the login page using SSL for P6, the following error occurs:
This page cannot be displayed.
The following error can be found in the WebLogic managed server log file:
<Timestamp> <Notice> <Security> <BEA-090171> <Loading the identity certificate and private key stored under the alias p6test from the JKS keystore file C:\keystore\<keystore_name>.jks.>
<Timestamp> <Alert> <Security> <BEA-090154> <Identity certificate has expired:
...
Validity: [From: <Original_Date>,
To: <Expiration_Date>]
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After a server restart, start up P6 EPPM.
3. Attempt to access the https://<host>:<port>/p6 URL.
4. View the reported error.
